I would highly recommend Gallo’s remote deposition service.  The uncertain times have forced attorneys to adjust our methods, as well as our flexibility in order to keep the wheels of justice turning for our clients.  Through Zoom and a coordinated team effort of trainers, court reporters, and videographers, Gallo allows us to continue to work to further our clients’ interests from our remote locations.  Gallo’s David Castle helped me run a test prior to the remote deposition, so I felt comfortable heading into same.  On the day of the deposition, the Zoom link was readily accessible and all of the Gallo team members were in the meeting and ready to go.  Finally, should any witness or attorney talk over one another  (which we have a tendency to do, at times) or have any brief connection issues, Gallo’s team was excellent about making sure the questions and answers were accurately taken down and preserved on video for trial.
