Indiana Supreme Court Reinstates Voluntary Manslaughter Charge

The Indiana Supreme Court recently reinstated a previously dismissed voluntary manslaughter charge against a defendant whose attorney-client privileged conversation was recorded at a police station during a break in law enforcement questioning.
